Privacy Policy

TimeTiles helps parents print a clear timetable from Family Link device-time settings. We designed it to keep Family Link information on your device.

Family Link schedule data

When you use TimeTiles on a supported Family Link page, the extension reads the device-time schedule needed to create the timetable. This may include a child’s name, an identifier, schedule rules, and technical response data used only for troubleshooting.

This information is stored locally in your Chrome profile using Chrome extension storage. TimeTiles does not send this schedule data to us, Formspree, Ko-fi, or any other third party.

Optional feedback

If you choose to send feedback, TimeTiles sends only the category, message, optional email address, and confirmation you enter to Formspree, our feedback form provider. It does not automatically include your Family Link schedule, child’s name, debug data, or screenshots.

Please do not include personal information about children or any sensitive Family Link information in feedback. Formspree processes submissions under its own privacy policy.

Optional donations

The Support TimeTiles link opens Ko-fi in a new browser tab. Any information you provide there is handled by Ko-fi under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long information is kept

Local schedule data remains in your Chrome profile until it is replaced by a newer capture, you clear the extension’s data, or you remove the extension. Feedback is retained by Formspree according to the settings and retention period for our account.

Sharing and advertising

We do not sell Family Link schedule data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties. Feedback is shared only with Formspree so that it can be delivered to us.

Your choices

You can use TimeTiles without sending feedback or donating. To remove locally stored schedule data, remove TimeTiles or clear its extension data in Chrome. To request deletion of feedback that includes an email address, send a feedback message with the subject “Privacy request” from that address.

Changes to this policy

If we change how TimeTiles handles information, we will update this policy and its “Last updated” date.
